What’s covered and what isn’t
Care plans cover the hosting, maintenance and security of the site we host and manage for you; on Professional and Premium they also cover performance. Content changes, new pages, new features and design work aren’t included; we quote those upfront or bill them at €55 an hour. Support covers the site we host and maintain. Email storage is total per account.
